Caregiver Excellence Award

The Caregiver Excellence Award: Joy Rivera

Joy has been a member of the CFL Team for four and a half years and with her current client, Esther, for the last three years. She and Esther have a bond that goes beyond that of a typical caregiver and client. She has built tremendous trust through her compassion, dependability, flexibility, patience, and attention to Esther’s needs.

As a demonstration of her initiative, Joy played a key role in President Obama and the First Lady sending Esther a birthday card for her 100th birthday last year.
